Training Information
The purchase of Clinic Pro Software includes free personalized training and tollfree telephone support.  Online training sessions will be scheduled for new users.  Training is customized to an individual's needs and level of experience.  Each office will be given at least four sessions that include appointment scheduler, transaction entry, payment posting and electronic transmission.  Our experienced trainers follow a training checklist to ensure that all topics are thoroughly explained and that Clinic Pro users receive maximum benefit from their practice management software.
Clinic Start
For new offices or new practitioners, Clinic Pro offers a starter package.  Clinic Start features all of the functionality of the full version of Clinic Pro with its only limitation being the number of patients.  Clinic Start is designed as a means of obtaining a full-featured medical practice management program at a low startup cost.

Clinic Start Level 1  ----   250 patients

Clinic Start Level 2  ----   500 patients

By the time you reach the patient limit, your office will be billing electronically and be generating sufficient cash flow for the next level.  Of course, the monies paid at each level apply toward the next so you lose nothing that you have paid.

Data Migration
Clinic Po Software has a solution for established offices as well as new offices.  In most situations, patient demographic data including individual insurance coverage information, insurance and referral doctor lists, and procedure files can be migrated to Clinic Pro saving hours of data entry.  Ask us about your software.
